What Causes Back Pain And Loose Stools While UPT Is Negative?

i done a pregnancy test today and it was negative,not sure if i did it too early,but im getting lower mild back pains and period like paind plus loose stools.coukd i still be pregnant but too early too tell,this would be the 5th time ive got pregnant but fourth child
