What Causes Back Pain And Throat Pain Together?

Hi, I was studying something I find virtually impossible ...maths. After finishing I was talking when I suddenly experienced a sharp stabbing back pain that was accompanied by an almost burst of the flavour of blood in the back of my throat. I am currently undergoing assessment for ADHD, am 30 year old male, I do not use drugs nor do I drink. I have noticed that although I have never drank I have been getting great urges to drink lately or simply have lots of sex for hours on end. I don t know what relevance it has but thought it worth mentioning it. Also every morning when I wake up the soles of my feet hurt me when I put any weight on them and takes a while till the pain subsides, it has got so bad that it feels as though I am walking on stubs. Don t know if any of this relevant. My main concern is the flavoursome explosion of blood and stabbing back pain.
