What Causes Back Pain, High Pulse Rate And Flushes With Diarrhea?

I am experiencing several symptoms for the past few weeks that seem to be getting worse. I have periods of upper back pain, racing pulse, hot/cold flashes and most recently diarrhea. My doctor thought symptoms point to menopause and gave estrogen shot yesterday, but I am still feeling badly and now have diarrhea. I am 46 and was also recently diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure. I am currently taking amlodipine besylate.
