What Causes Back Pain In Lower Left Side And Stomach Pain?

hey, for about a year now ive been getting moderate pain in my lower left side at the back and feeling sick along with stomach pain too. it comes and goes but doctors dont know what it is. when they do tests i have keetones, protein and blood and stuff in my urine and stool but still no idea . can you help?
