What Causes Back Pain Post Bariatric Sleeve Surgery?

On Jan. 7 I had bariatric sleeve surgery. After 4 days I began experiencing back pain on the left side. Tests were done to rule out kidney stones and urinary tract infection. Doctors feel it is muscle strain. The pain comes when I sit with no back support and goes away when I am lying down. Could there by an underlying problem due to surgery or another reason?
