What Causes Back Pain Radiating Towards Chest And Abdomen?

I have been experiencing intense pain that starts in center of my back,pushes toward front into my chest and goes down to ab. Area but tends to stay only on right side, when this hits I can barely stand up straight, it usually last a few hrs and also happening between 12 and 2 am every night. I ve seen 3 dr. Only one has placed 1 finger to id area where it starts and already scheduled me for khyoplasty not sure it that correct.
