What Causes Back Pain With Severe Cramps?

I have been diagnosed with Pcos but lately I feel rather odd. I have had foot cramps for the past 2 weeks, and had period symptoms except the sore breast which is unusual for me this week with 3 days of practically light spotting. My back still hurts like crazy and my feet are swollen and I am nauseous.I am concerned because I dont feel good at all.
