What Causes Back Pain,blood In Stool And Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck?

I am often sick, with moderate to bad back pain, blood in mucas and in stool, feverish after 1 drink of alcohol and have swollen lymph nodes in neck. Also constantly waking up in the middle of the night often in a bad sweat. Also feeling sick after meals and often have diarrhea at night or early mornings.
