What Causes Backache During IVF Procedure?

Hi doctor. My name is selvi. I currently went through the ivf procedures. N today the 5th day after embryo transfer. I recently having a terrible backache especially my right side..n if I urine the backache more worst. Is it anything wrong with my ivf.. or my kidney. Thanks
