What Causes Bad Body Odour?

Lately I ve been smelling like poop. Its ruining my life. I think I have something called leaky gut syndrome. Its not very commonly herd to doctors. I know this sounds crazy but its real. My smell comes through my skin pores. What s this and how can I get rid of it?
