What Causes Bad Breath?

Hi, I have really bad breath that is getting worse every day, it smells like # 2. Could it be h pilori of the mouth or yeast infection?? , It's not coming from my teeth or gums. sometimes the inside of my bottom lip as white skin that rubs off. brushing & mouth wash only works for 5 or 10 min.
