What Causes Bad Cramps And Headache In Children?

well im 16 years old, and i was wondering why do i have bad cramps but dont stain my pad with alot of blood like i usually do. But what's weird is when i clean myself i bleed alot on the toilet paper. I also have headache not that often.i also had raletionship with my boyfriend which we used protection but i think the sperm got out but im not sure whats going on.
