What Causes Bad Cramps Leading To Walking Difficulty While On Pill?

Hi, I'm on the pill but woke up this morning with cramps so bad I can hardly walk. I rarely get cramps when on my period, and wouldn't expect my period fro another week and a half. My last period occurred regularly, but only lasted 2 days (usually last 3 or 4). Could I be pregnant?
