What Causes Bad Odor In The Vagina?

I am having vaginal odor. I used Summer's Eve unscented soaps, sprays, cotton underwear. I even used vinegar but nothing helps. This is way too embarrasing to see a doctor about since I am a big girl and extremely shy. Please help me. (does not have sexual activities)
