What Causes Bad Odor In The Vagina?

I have a foul, cheesy, sour smell inside of my vagina. It seems to only be present during intercourse, almost "fishy" then, but I just checked and it's light yet still sour.. There are no other symptoms, everything else is in order. Normal discharge and no discomfort. Just the annoyance and embarrassment during intercourse. Any ideas?
