What Causes Bad Odor Through The Nose While Bending?

I noticed lately after coming off of an antibiotic for a bacteria infection that when I am bending over taking off my shoes, or any activity I have to bend down, I smell a urine like odor through my nose. What is this? I thought it was the neighbors dogs, but it happens indoors and in other places too.
