What Causes Bad Odour From The Body?

My mother is 84 and is smelling (animals) under her house, it is sealed up. Then she said they sprayed her in her eyes through her floor, and is obsessed with it. She also thinks people are stealing silly things from her ie. canned tomatoes, frozen strawberries, etc.
