What Causes Bad Odour From Vagina During Menstruation?

i have noticed that whenever I am on my period, I smell like I just passed gas. I constantly change my pad and shower daily. I never have any odor when I m not on my period, and there was nothing abnormal about well-woman exam, could it be something I m eating?
