What Causes Bad Odour From Vagina Post Unprotected Sex?

im 18 and my implant ran out in october/november and i still havnt had it removed but have had unprotected sex with my partner, ive noticed recently my urine smells quite strongly of bacon and i am yet to have a period since my implant ran out, what could be the cause of this?
