What Causes Bad Smell Of The Vagina?

Hi I'm 28yrs old. 2 yrs ago I had clamidya and every since then my vagina has not been the same. It has an awful smell to it. I'm so embarrassed to go to the bathroom in public cause the bathroom smells like onions when I use it. Some days it smells like trash and some days it's a onion smell. The last time I went to the gyn I only had a yeast infection and the doctor gave me medicine the relieved the itching but my vagina still smells horrible. My underwear also has brown streak marks in it and is usual soaked from sweat even if I'm not doing any heavy activity. Please help me. I haven't had sex with my boyfriend in months cause I'm so embarrassed.
