What Causes Bed Wetting In Adults?

hi I'm 21 years old and as I was dreaming of using the restroom I noticed that I was actually peeing on bed so I woke up immediately. Now my question is: is it normal for me to pee on bed or should I got see my doctor? It has never happened to me in my sleep, although when I was younger around 8 I did have a bladder problem.
