What Causes Belching And Dizziness From Morning Till I Sleep?

Hi, I am a 31 yr old male. I am always belching a lot everyday from waking until I go to sleep. I also have mild dizziness and regularly feel irritable. I also go light headed now and again. I have experienced this for over a year now. Symptoms do seem to subside for a while then come back. I have sen my Dr and he told me anxiety was the cause but this is all he said. I also had a panic attack about a year ago.
