What Causes Belching, Stomach Bloating And Black Stool?

I have had since Monday Bad Gas belching and bloating a fullness I cannot get rid of. Know I feel queasy and feel like vomiting. My stool is black at times . I can hear the gas at night when I laying back My fingertips are tinkling today and in general haven't felf good today. I have some form of gastridas before but not like this;. I wanted to wait till I felt better today but I will see my doctor in the morningI this a serious situation
