What Causes Bilateral Knee Pain Along With Painful Shoulders, Hands And Feet?

Hi I am 36 yrs old woman with bilateral knee pain, both knees.esr 60,crp raised and weak +ve antinuclear screen? my shoulder, hands ,feet both painful. This has all happened in the last three months, my urate level is at the high end of normal range and g.p suggested gout. Help
