What Causes Bilateral Pain Below Rib Cage?

Have been having bilateral pain just below rib cage for 2 months. Blood work, metabolic panel, urinalysis, chest x-ray all normal. CTs of abdomen and chest soon. Just noticed my right testicle (the side where the majority of my pain generates) has become much smaller and softer - apparently during the period I have felt bad. Related? Any idea what is going on?
