What Causes Bite Marks On Forearm?

Hi, within the last few days I have noticed several small bites on only my left forearm...with a couple on the back of my upper arm and a couple on my left hand. My husband doesnt have any so Im thinking it isnt bed bugs. They are small...similar to flea bites. I have dive kids also, but no one is showing up with any bites but me.
