What Causes Bitter Taste In Mouth And Cloudy Urination?

I have had a very bitter taste in my mouth and now have cloudy urine particulary in the morning. I went to my OB Dr. yesterday and I have blood in my urine. They sent it to lab for more tests. I also have occasional sharp pain on both sides of my abdomen above my pelvic bone.
