What Causes Bitter Taste In The Mouth And Throat?

Have Helicobacter Pylori, and I am with treatment with a Dr. Wake up in the morning with bitter taste in mouth and throat, and tongue very nasty White and yellow. Want to know if its becouse mi HP its worst or if it is a proces to been healing
