What Causes Black Circles Around Eyes Along With Lower Back And Joint Pains?

i am 33 years old my esr is 31 mm/hr in blood test. My hemogobin is 10. I have a problem of bad smelling in toilet, some time swelling in face, Little pain in back bone of down side and joint pain in finger, black circle around of the eyes and when M.C come, bleeding in form of clot. Now i want to concieve but are any problem not occur in future. please give me advice and drugs to decrease esr.
