What Causes Black, Circular Spots On Chest?

hi , sir i have a problem of skin....sir on my chest there are many small black spots of circular shaped having max 1cm in diameter....this problem has arised from last 1 month...i m very tensed ..sir pls suggest me...my age is 20 yrs...n wt is 68kg....
