What Causes Black Colored Fluid Discharge From Left Breast?

I have had a black discharge from my left breast for over a year. i have been hospitalized for another issue and while being so was told here was problems concernin my red and white blood cells also I consantly stay bruised. As of this moment I am a house wife. Also I know I take medication for depression and I do not eat right because if nerves are bad stomach stays upset and if I eat It either cramps or I feel nautilus and literally regurgitate but on average if happy and well I eat ok but not up I par appoximately on meal a day. Also victim and severally upset my stomach and cause nautiousness. Can t take iron supplements either.
