What Causes Black Coloured Bruise On The Lower Lip?

Hello, two weeks ago I woke up with something that appeared to be a bruise on my lower lip. I have not experienced any pain with it. It appears to be a backish bluish color in the middle of my lip and it s still there. Is this something I should be worried about? I have been a bit stressed could this be the cause of it?
