What Causes Black Discharge Through Breasts Post Saline Breast Augmentation?

hi i have breast implants and for a year now i have had black discharge looks like black oil n a car. i have had one breast surgeon who told me it could b mold..the discharge only comes out when my breast are squeezed. what do u think it could b? n they r saline implants..
