What Causes Black Discoloration Of Penis?

i had an enjection in my penis to help with getting hard, my penis and balls have turned black would it be that the needle hit a vain or something and will go away..by getting up will it cause more damage?? it really looks bad i do want to go back to the dr that did this...RAD
