What Causes Black Discoloration On Inner Vagina Along With Swelling?

My inner vagina seems to be darkened on the left side around the vulva area almost black and the tissue has white patches of skin. It is completely swollen like little pinkish white pearly balls spilling out over the vaginal opening hole. Like the insides are coming out.
