What Causes Black Dot Filled With Watery Fluid On Neck?

I have a small dark brown mole on my neck, it's slightly raised. 10 years ago it got bigger as if it had a spot inside it, I squeezed it and hard white stuff came out. It was like a spot. It's now got a black dot in the middle like a hole which has leaked watery fluid. There seems to be a bit of dry skin on one side as well.
