What Causes Black Dots On Lower Calf Indicate?
My 18 month old daughter is white, blonde, but has a nice tan from playing outside. She is 22lbs and 31 inches tall. Tonight I noticed that she has 3 small black dots on her lower calf. They are flush with the skin but seem to be hard underneath the skin. What are they should I be concerned?
