What Causes Black Lines On Lips?

hi.i have black lines on my both lips.i am not sure why i have black color lips.i do not smoke or drink black coffee but i drink tea some times.this problem is from not my child hood.its too embarrassing when people ask me whether i smoke.please help me.i am 17/female.
