What Causes Black Marks Beside Nose Along With Dry Skin?

hi. i have a very on problem about black marks on the sides of my nose. it always having a dry skin that i need to scrub until its gone. and leaves a dark mark. but if i didn't do anythings it makes me feel uncomfortable cause it not looks nice. what should i do? thanks.
