What Causes Black Pigmentation And Black Spots On Legs And Face?

i am 49 years old i am having black pigmentation and black spots on both the legs and on face and on the legs this is slowing creeping towards upwards. there is no inching on the spot but only during nights at times there is some inching feeling. kindly advise what is the reason.
