What Causes Black Spots All Over The Body With Severe Hair Loss?

Good evening sir ,

I am nathan an engineering student studying in madurai, native is nagercoil.
Nearly three months before there some black dots formed over my entire body. Now
i see that black dots are spreading and also the hair loss also happening both in head and all over the body on that particular places.i feel sometimes itching on that places. I have my vacation only after may . so i cant start any treatment.Is this is a serious one. shall i take treatment
after 2 month.
