What Causes Black Spots And Bumps On Penis?

My penis has these little black spots and some are bumps that I have had ever since I could remember and I don't know what these are. None of my parents had STD's and I am a virgin so I am confident that they aren't bad but just checking I must ask. Any help appreciated.
