What Causes Black Spots On Arms?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here..recently some black spots have grown on my arms. I have a very sensitive skin and my skin gets burned badly in sun so I wear long sleeves most of the time. still some back spots have grown and naturally its not looking good. What should I do?
