What Causes Black Spots On Cheek And Nose?

i am 28 years old i have black spots in my cheek and a bit in my nose i have tried different cream but non of it worked one did but the spots came back as soon as i stopped using the cream so what can i do? i am thinking of lasier pial what is your thought about it? thank you
