What Causes Black Spots On The Perineum?

I have 4-5 black spots on my perineum. They arent raised or itchy at all they just look like skin, maybe even a blood blister under the skin kind of look. I used to have 3 but now theres more. I went to GP and she said looks like bruising but the ones i got checked havent gone away and now theres more?
