What Causes Black Spots On The Vestibular Area Of Vulva?

Hi. On the vestibule area of the vulva, I have 3 black spots that look a little like bruises. They are different sizes and they seem to be changing.. getting bigger and/or darker. There is no itching or change in texture of the skin in that area. Any ideas on what this could be? Thanks!
