What Causes Black Spots On Upper Lip?

hi, i have had two black spots one on the lower and one on the upper lip for two weeks now, been trying to fade them using vitamin e oil from the capsule, but still remains dark. been to a doctor who gave me mycospor to use, but still dark. I have to go on a caribbean hot sun vacation next week!! what can i do?
