What Causes Black Vision?

I was standing up and my vision started being black totally black I fell backwards and hit my head, this has never happen to me, I was so weak I stayed in the bed the rest of the day and could barely move. I have notice once or twice this week my vision seems to be swaying when I look at something on tv
