What Causes Black,blood Filled Blister On The Buttocks?

hi, i woke up this morning feeling uncomfortable down below. i touched where the area hurt and it is situated right next to my bum hole. it felt like a large pimple but when i looked at it in the mirror it was almost black, as if it contained blood. it hurts when i sit down or clench my buttocks
