What Causes Blackish Brown Vaginal Discharge And Persistent Cramping?

I ve been having cramps that are persistent and don t really go away and have just noticed a blackish brown discharge from my vagina which isn t liquidy it is more flakey and flecks of it are in my urine. I ve also been very constipated lately and laxitives don t seem to be working too well. What could be wrong and what should I do about this?
